Friendly and helpful staff made check-in easy.
The GPS led me astray, forcing me to call for help. The extra charges for amenities were unexpected and frustrating, especially considering the price paid for the room.

Couple's getaway done right
The rooftop was fine with gorgeous views and a pool that stole the show. I brought my friends to the rooftop bar, and even though they weren't guests, it was clear the staff had no problem with it, made for a great time together.
It wasn’t dirt cheap but given the experience, it felt pretty justifiable.

The location was fantastic and the rooftop bar was a highlight with stunning views. However, issues arose with housekeeping timing and a lack of toiletries. The service at breakfast needed improvement, but overall, the experience was enjoyable and I would consider returning for the convenience.

Good value for a holiday in Montreal. The automated lights in the King Room were too sensitive, creating a bright environment. Try to avoid the rooftop during private events.

We had a lovely time enjoying a cozy room with great views and the cozy ambiance of the rooftop pool. I loved unwinding by the outdoor heated pool and soaking in the sun on the terrace. If I had to nitpick, maybe having some slippers in the room would’ve been nice! 😊

The stay was enjoyable with a fantastic king room that offered a beautiful city view. The location was perfect, just a short walk from key attractions like the Notre-Dame Basilica and Bonsecours Market. The service at breakfast was outstanding, and the dining area was a comfortable spot to relax after exploring. However, I was disappointed that the heated pool was out of order during our visit, as I had looked forward to using it.

Fantastic View and Comfortable Stay
I recently stayed for 3 nights in a King Room and was extremely pleased! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've experienced. The rooftop pool provided spectacular views of the city, especially at sunset. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Old Montreal. One small downside was some street noise, but it didn't significantly impact my stay.
